International Orders:
Due to high shipping costs and customs limitations, we do not accept international returns or exchanges. All international sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Due to our custom items we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
We accept returns on non-custom, non-personalized items only.
Return Request Window
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Deadline
After your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, In original condition, With tags and original packaging
All items that you are requesting must be returned- including any add-ons, freebies, or inserts (if applicable)
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom or personalized items
Digital downloads
Sale items
Gift cards
Items marked “Final Sale”
Perishable or personal-care items
Flammable or hazardous items
Buyer’s remorse
Any order confirmed as shipped
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
A 4% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Customers must use their own label
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will approve or deny it within 2 business days.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Important:
Banks or credit card companies may take 7–15 business days to post your refund. This timeline is controlled by the payment provider, not Kreative Kreationz.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We use USPS tracking to verify the delivery date.

We will resolve the issue quickly with repair, replacement, or refund options.
Undeliverable / Returned-to-Sender Packages
We offer free shipping, but if your package is returned due to:
Incorrect address
Undeliverable address
Failure to pick up a package
A 10% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
If you want the order reshipped, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Exchanges
We currently do not process traditional exchanges.
If you need a different item:
Return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union “Cooling-Off” Rights
If your order ships into the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason.
To qualify:
The item must be unused and in original condition
All included items (inserts, freebies, packaging) must be returned
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected]. Cancllations cannot be guaranteed, all products are made to order, so once production begins on orders, they cannot be cancelled. You may use our return process once you receive it. No Cancellations on Custom Orders.

After submitting your return request: You’ll receive an approval/denial email. If approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions. We must receive the package within 14 days of approval
