How It Works
Once you submit your custom order form, our team reviews your request within 24–48 hours. We’ll confirm your design details, pricing, and any additional options by email before starting your order. Once you submit the form, please be available in the event we have questions, or need clarification. Our preferred method of communication is text.
After you approve your proof or design mockup:
- Payment – A 50% deposit (or full payment, depending on the order) is required to begin production.
- Production Time – Most custom orders take 7–10 business days to create, depending on the size and complexity of your order.
- Approval & Updates – We’ll keep you updated through each stage and send photos or previews if requested.
- Shipping – Once completed, your order is carefully packaged and shipped, and you’ll receive tracking information right away.
