📦 Processing & Production Times
All orders are made to order and processed in the order they are received.
- Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.
- Custom or personalized items may require additional time depending on design complexity. Estimated production times are noted in the product description or at checkout.
- Orders placed during high-demand periods (holidays, sales, or vacations) may experience slight delays, which will always be communicated via announcement bar or email.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. Please note the following:
- After an order is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), Kreative Kreationz is no longer responsible for the package.
- Kreative Kreationz cannot control where your package is left, that must be decided with your mail carrier.
- We are not liable for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as “Accepted,” “In Transit,” or “Delivered.”
- Any delivery issues, missing packages, or claims must be filed directly with the carrier using your tracking information.
We recommend closely monitoring your tracking updates and choosing a secure delivery location or package locker whenever possible.
📬 Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout:
- The buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- A 4% restocking fee may apply if a refund is requested instead of reshipment.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid delays and additional fees.

We’ll do our best to update your address before your order is processed.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change, redirect, or cancel it.
